SHIPPING, RETURNS AND REFUNDS
Free delivery for addresses in the United Kingdom.
We also deliver throughout the European Union and all delivery charges for these destinations are calculated at checkout. We can also deliver to selected destinations outside the EU; for further information on non-EU deliveries please contact us on email@example.com
WHEN WILL MY ORDER BE DELIVERED?
All UK orders should be delivered within 2-3 working days and 3-5 working days for EU orders unless we advise you otherwise. Delivery will take place on Monday to Friday between 9am and 5.30pm.
WHEN WILL MY ORDER SHIP?
Basically, you order, we process, then ship. Please allow 1-2 business days for us to process your order once it is placed. Please note that any orders placed Friday past 1:30 through the weekend will be processed the following Monday and shipped out on Tuesday.
Ordering takes a few seconds. Processing takes 1 to 2 business days (and orders placed after 1:30pm are processed the next business day). Then one of our carriers takes it from there. You’ll get a shipment notification email with a tracking number as soon as your package ships.
I PLACED AN ORDER BUT HAD THE WRONG ADDRESS. HOW CAN I EDIT MY SHIPPING ADDRESS?
Please reach out to us at firstname.lastname@example.org and we’ll do our best to edit your shipping address before your order hits our warehouse.
HOW CAN I RETURN AN UNOPENED ORDER?
We will accept returns on any unopened / unused products within 14 days of your purchase date. Please email email@example.com with your order number to receive an RMA number and shipping label. Once received back, we will refund the value of your order minus a shipping and restocking fee. Please allow up to 7 working days for your refund to be processed and returned back to your statement. If you have any questions, please let us know!
HOW CAN I RETURN AN OPENED ORDER?
We want you to be happy with your products! If you did not totally love what you ordered, we offer a 50% refund along with a 25% discount toward your next order. Please contact firstname.lastname@example.org and we'll help you find something you love.
WHAT ABOUT SHIPPING?
To return your product, we'll send you a return shipping label. However, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
HOW LONG DOES IT TAKE TO PROCESS A RETURN?
Returns should be processed in 1-2 weeks.
I RECEIVED THE WRONG PRODUCT, WHAT DO I DO?

HOW CAN I UPDATE MY ORDER?
Unfortunately, once your order is placed - you can’t make any edits to it. Please email us at firstname.lastname@example.org and we can try to make changes to your order if it has not yet been processed.
HOW CAN I CHECK THE STATUS OF MY ORDER?
Sign into your account and click orders. You should be able to see tracking numbers for each order that has shipped. If you need additional information you can also email us at email@example.com
